Quiet Christmas Service - "Like a Healing Stream", Wednesday, December 20th at 7:00pm.  We hope you will be with us.  There is an Advent tradition within Western Christianity of inviting people to come together on the Winter Solstice, the longest night of the year.  In the days before the joy and celebration of Christmas, it is a ritual to help us name the pain and loss we have known this year.  It is a time to honour our sorrows and to weep for the hard stuff and hurting places.  Westdale United is offering such a service, creating an experience of love and grace, with prayer, spoken word, some familiar carols, and a safe space for everyone to reflect and lament.
